ZACHARY LUSCHER / ENGINEER IN TRAINING

Systems,
made tangible.

I turn complex project data into working maps, dashboards, and interactive models — for teams that need to explain a design, coordinate work, or test an idea.

INDEPENDENT TECHNICAL WORK / CLEAR DELIVERABLES

A useful tool.
A clearer next step.

For engineering teams, contractors, and founders with a problem that a spreadsheet, drawing, or slide deck isn’t quite solving.

01 / SPATIAL

Make the project
easier to see.

Bring CAD, GIS, and site context into a visual model people can understand and review.

  • Data and coordinate review
  • Interactive 2D / 3D site viewer
  • Concept maps and facility schedules

02 / WORKFLOW

See what’s moving.
Find what’s stuck.

Turn project lists and scattered requirements into a dashboard built around how your team works.

  • Workflow and data structure
  • Visual status and dependency views
  • Editable tool with exportable data

03 / PROTOTYPE

Give an idea
something to do.

Test a technical concept with a working interface, visual simulation, or focused browser tool.

  • One clearly defined use case
  • Working interactive prototype
  • Editable source and handoff notes

Technical visualization and software support by an Engineer in Training. Licensed design, survey certification, and construction approval require the appropriate qualified professionals.

THE WORK / INSPECT THE TOOLS

Don’t just read about it.
Try it.

Working prototypes you can inspect before we talk. These are demonstrations of the approach, with synthetic examples and editable workflows.

Planning and visualization tools. Construction work requires verified survey control, applicable utility standards, and professional review.

THE ORIGINAL EXPERIMENTAL SPIRIT

A little strange.
Always worth exploring.

The orb. The learning graphs. Maps, snow, materials, and moving fields. The original collection lives on in the Lab — with room to keep growing.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE TOOLS

Curious about the whole.
Hands-on with the parts.

I’m Zachary Luscher, an Engineer in Training based in Alaska. My background is in materials engineering; my work connects electrical systems, geospatial data, and software.

I like making complicated ideas visible: a service route you can inspect, a landscape you can navigate, a system you can test. The mountains, the materials notebook, and the stranger experiments are part of that story too. The Lab is where I follow those questions; the Studio is where they become useful tools.

A CLEAR FIRST STEP

Bring the problem.
Let’s work it out.

Tell me what you’re trying to accomplish, what data you have, and what a useful result looks like. A brief is enough to start a scoping conversation.
